Fomiigo Compliance Statement

1. Business model and transaction transparency

Fomiigo provides China product-information search, procurement assistance, domestic warehouse handling, parcel consolidation and international forwarding coordination. Search and recommendation data may come primarily from the 1688 API. Visibility does not mean that a product is approved, authentic, legal, transportable or importable. The actual supplier, Fomiigo's role, fees and service scope must be shown for each order.

2. Prohibited and high-risk goods

We prohibit illegal goods, narcotics, weapons, ammunition, explosives, toxic or radioactive materials, counterfeit or pirated products, unlawfully exported cultural or wildlife items, sanctioned goods and any item prohibited at origin, destination or by the selected carrier. Alcohol, tobacco, medicines, medical devices, food, cosmetics, batteries, liquids, powders, chemicals, branded goods and other controlled categories may require approval or may be unavailable.

We use keyword, category, data-source, payment, route and human review controls. We may request documents, block purchase or payment, refuse receipt, suspend dispatch, return goods or report matters to competent authorities. Technical screening does not replace the customer's duty to provide truthful information.

3. Intellectual property

Fomiigo does not knowingly accept counterfeit, pirated or infringing goods. Rights holders may report a link or order to [email protected] with ownership and supporting evidence. 1688, Taobao, PayPal and other names belong to their owners; technical or payment support does not imply their endorsement of Fomiigo.

4. Payments, refunds and financial crime

Every payment must be linked to an identifiable goods order, procurement service, warehouse service or logistics bill. PayPal is only used for a specific order or logistics bill and not for wallet top-ups, user-to-user transfers or general stored value. PayPal refunds return through the original PayPal path. We monitor unauthorized payment, fraud, laundering, sanctions evasion, false chargebacks and unusual transactions.

5. Customs, sanctions and responsible trade

Customers must truthfully declare contents, quantity, value, use, origin and destination. Fomiigo does not assist under-valuation, concealment, false descriptions or regulatory evasion. Service is not available where a party, country, route, product or purpose is restricted by applicable sanctions, export controls, import law or carrier rules.

6. Complaints and review

Report prohibited goods, infringement, fraud, payment, data, warehouse or shipping issues to [email protected]. We preserve relevant records, review the report and take proportionate action. We do not claim that any payment provider has approved Fomiigo's entire business unless that approval can be verified in writing.
