Fomiigo Terms of Service

Version: v1.0

Updated: July 13, 2026

Effective: July 13, 2026

This translation follows the Chinese master. It must not be read to remove mandatory rights under applicable law.

Fomiigo is operated by Guangzhou Guangyu Supply Chain Co., Ltd., Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. These terms govern Fomiigo's website, app, H5 services, China procurement assistance, domestic warehousing and value-added handling, international forwarding coordination, and related after-sales assistance.

1. Contract documents and priority

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Compliance Statement, Returns and Refunds Policy, Shipping and Delivery Terms, and the order snapshot accepted at checkout form the agreement. The specific order snapshot controls transaction-specific scope and prices, but cannot waive mandatory legal rights.

2. Services and transaction roles

Fomiigo may display product data from the 1688 API and other disclosed sources, translate product information, assist with supplier enquiries and purchasing, provide a China warehouse address, receive and photograph parcels, perform agreed visual checks, consolidate or repackage parcels, and arrange international forwarding through third-party carriers.

For self-purchased forwarding, the customer buys directly from the third-party seller and Fomiigo provides warehouse and forwarding services. For API, manual, or B2B procurement requests, Fomiigo acts as a procurement service provider for the confirmed order. The actual seller, procurement relationship, payment recipient, document or invoice issuer, after-sales party, transport contracting party, and carrier must be disclosed before payment. If the actual transaction legally makes Fomiigo the seller or transport provider, Fomiigo accepts the responsibilities required by law.

3. Eligibility and accounts

Users must be at least 18, have legal capacity, and provide accurate account, delivery, customs, and contact information. Accounts, passwords, and verification codes may not be sold, rented, or transferred. We may verify or temporarily restrict activity where fraud, unauthorized access, chargeback abuse, illegal trade, sanctions, or safety risks are reasonably suspected, subject to notice and appeal where allowed.

4. Product information and order formation

Third-party titles, images, prices, inventory, sales and reviews may be delayed or inaccurate. Rankings such as "popular" or "recommended" are search aids, not endorsements of authenticity, legality, quality, importability, or fitness. Customers must verify links, models, quantities, specifications, and destination-country requirements.

An order is formed at the point shown in the checkout flow. Manual, custom, or bulk procurement is formed when the final written quote and scope are accepted. Price, stock, minimum quantity, or domestic freight changes require customer confirmation. We do not expand an order without authorization.

5. Prices, payment and wallet

An order may include goods, domestic freight, procurement, warehouse, visual-check or value-added fees, international freight and surcharges, disclosed payment or exchange charges, insurance, duties, taxes, and clearance costs. Estimates may change after warehouse measurement or carrier review under the accepted calculation rules.

Available payment methods appear at checkout. PayPal may only pay an identified order number or logistics bill number. PayPal is not used to top up the Fomiigo wallet or create general stored value. PayPal refunds return to the original PayPal payment path. Non-PayPal refunds may return to the original method or, when the customer expressly chooses, to the Fomiigo wallet. Wallet funds are prepaid service funds, not deposits or an independent payment account; they do not earn interest, cannot be transferred between users or freely withdrawn, and must be handled before account closure.

6. Warehouse checks, storage and parcel handling

Warehouse receipt does not by itself confirm ownership or full inspection. Self-purchased parcels normally receive ownership matching, external-package, weight and sensitive-category checks. Procurement orders receive only the visible or quantity checks included in the order. Unless separately purchased, checks do not include authenticity, intellectual-property, performance, material, safety, hidden-defect, or destination-compliance certification.

Parcels receive 30 days of free storage. After that, the parcel page must show the applicable unit, rate and snapshot. Unidentified parcels enter the unclaimed process after 30 days. Before disposal of identifiable property, Fomiigo sends three notices and waits 15 days after the third notice, subject to law. Consolidation, unpacking, reinforcement and similar work may be irreversible and require prior confirmation of scope, cost and impact.

7. Shipping, customs and restricted goods

Customers must provide truthful names, quantities, values, uses, origin, HS codes, tax identifiers and addresses. Fomiigo will not assist under-declaration or false descriptions. Route availability depends on the goods, destination, value, size, carrier and law. Delivery estimates exclude procurement waiting, warehouse handling, inspection, customs, taxes, remote delivery and force majeure unless a route expressly provides a time guarantee.

Illegal, counterfeit, infringing, dangerous, sanctioned, controlled or falsely declared goods are prohibited. Fomiigo may screen, request documents, refuse, return, suspend or report affected transactions. Screening cannot guarantee that every risk is detected.

8. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Cancellation and return availability depends on the transaction role, supplier policy, work already completed, parcel location and applicable law. Supplier restrictions such as no change-of-mind returns must be prominently shown and accepted before procurement. They do not exclude remedies for non-delivery, counterfeit goods, defects, wrong items, missing items, material mismatch, Fomiigo error, or non-waivable consumer rights. See the Returns and Refunds Policy.

9. Liability and third parties

Each party is responsible according to fault, actual role, control and applicable law. Fomiigo is responsible for its own selection, instructions, documentation, declarations, warehouse handling and disclosures, and does not exclude liability that law does not allow it to exclude. Seller and carrier limitations must be shown before purchase; late notice alone does not automatically extinguish statutory rights.

10. Privacy, changes and disputes

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. Material changes to fees, liability, data use or user rights will be announced in advance where required and will not normally alter existing orders retroactively. Support: [email protected]; human support is available Monday to Saturday, 09:00-19:30 Beijing time.

These Terms are governed by PRC law, without removing mandatory protection, complaint channels or jurisdiction granted by the consumer's residence, place of performance, or service destination. Disputes should first be discussed in good faith and may then be brought before a competent court.
